The ground rules for using this website and for booking a sweep with us. Short, readable, and written so there are no surprises on either side.
Using this site
By using poophaulers.com or submitting the quote form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. You agree to give us accurate information, and not to misuse the site — no scraping it, breaking it, or using it to send anyone anything unlawful.
Estimates are not prices
Anything this website tells you about cost is an estimate, not a binding offer. Every yard is quoted individually based on its size, the number of dogs, how long it has been since the last cleanup, and how often we visit. Your actual price is the one we give you directly after we have the details, and it is not fixed until we both agree to it in writing.
Booking
Submitting the quote form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your service is booked when we confirm it with you. Recurring service continues on the agreed schedule until either of us cancels it. Weather, safety, or conditions we could not have anticipated may mean a visit is rescheduled; we will tell you when that happens.
Yard access and your pets
You do not need to be home, but we do need to be able to get into the yard. Please make sure the gate is unlocked or the code you gave us is current, and let us know about anything that would make the visit unsafe — an aggressive dog, an unfenced hazard, or work being done on the property. If we cannot safely access the yard on a scheduled visit, we will contact you to reschedule.
We latch and check the gate on every visit. We are not responsible for gates, fences or latches that were already broken, or for a gate opened by someone else after we have left.
Photos of your yard
We may photograph the yard or the latched gate to confirm the visit was completed and send that confirmation to you. We will not use a photo of your property in our marketing without asking you first. How we handle those photos is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, photographs, logo, name and design of this site belong to Poop Haulers or are used with permission. You are welcome to look at it, share a link to it, and print a page for your own use. Please do not copy it onto another site or use our name or logo as your own.
No warranty on the site itself
This website is provided "as is". We work to keep the information on it accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it will always be up, error-free, or completely current. Nothing on this site is professional, veterinary, legal or medical advice.
This section is about the website. It does not limit anything we have separately promised you about the service work itself.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Poop Haulers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Links out
This site links to places we do not run — our client portal and billing system, our social media pages, and an embedded map. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
